In order to proceed with liquidation/strike-off of your Latvian company it will be necessary to make shareholder's decision and appoint a liquidator.
The shareholder's decision will have to be approved by notary public and apostilled, or in case you are holder of electronic signature, it can also be signed by electronic means.
Once the liquidator is appointed the liquidation process of the company can begin.
The company will also need to set a term for creditor's to apply - the minimum term is 1 month, where if the company have any creditor's they can submit their claims against the company to liquidator.
After the 1 month term has passed, it is possible to prepare the company's closing balance statement, and finalize the company liquidation.
